About Zynova

A product company that consults, not the other way around.

Zynova Technologies started in 2022 as builders: engineers and product people shipping AI software of our own. The consulting practice grew out of a simple pattern: companies kept asking us to do for them what we'd done for ourselves.

Our Story

We learned AI the expensive way, on our own products.

Before "AI transformation" was a line item in every corporate budget, we were wiring large language models into real software: Dewstack, our documentation platform, and later Canvora, our AI design engine. We learned what the demos don't teach: that retrieval quality decides whether users trust an AI answer, that model costs can quietly eat a margin, that "it worked in testing" means very little until real customers arrive.

Those lessons turned out to be exactly what businesses adopting AI were missing. Most had no shortage of ideas or vendors. What they lacked was partners who had actually operated AI in production and could tell them, with a straight face, what would work, what wouldn't, and what it would really cost.

So that became the firm: a small senior team that designs, builds, and runs AI systems for clients, holding every engagement to the same standard as our own products. If we wouldn't ship it under our name, we don't ship it under yours.

How We Think

Four beliefs that shape every engagement.

01

Shipped beats perfect

A working system serving real users this quarter teaches more than a flawless plan for next year. We optimise for time-to-learning, then iterate with evidence.

02

Honesty is the deliverable

We've told prospects not to build things they'd budgeted for. An engagement that stops a bad project is a success, and the reason clients come back for the good ones.

03

Boring reliability wins

The best AI system is the one nobody talks about anymore: it just works. Evals, monitoring, and fallbacks aren't overhead; they're the product.

04

Your independence is the goal

We transfer knowledge by default: code, docs, runbooks, training. Dependency might be a good business model, but it's a bad partnership.

Who We Work With

Teams with real workflows and a metric to move.

We're a boutique by choice. We take a small number of engagements at a time, so senior people do the work, from mid-size companies automating operations to funded startups building AI into their product.

  • Operations and support teams drowning in repetitive knowledge work
  • SaaS companies adding AI features that have to actually hold up
  • Agencies and content teams scaling multilingual production
  • Leadership teams who want an honest AI roadmap before spending big

Talk to the people who'd actually build it.

No account managers, no bait-and-switch. Book a consultation and you're talking directly to the senior team.
